Your first step to have your child Baptized is to contact Fr. Carrion by email or by calling 410-433-2300, ext. 102.  He will arrange a time to meet with you to discuss details of the Baptism, including the date and time, godparents/sponsors, and why you want to have your child Baptized.  Baptisms are scheduled privately, or can take place during a weekend Mass.  Baptisms are not usually scheduled during Advent or Lent. 

The following forms are available to download and complete in advance of your meeting with Fr. Carrion or Fr. Ponton:

• A letter of introduction, Sponsor Eligibility, and a Baptism questionnaire.  Please note that you must have two Sponsors for a Baptism, so please fill out one form for each Sponsor.  These three documents (including two Sponsor Eligibility forms) are contained in one file to download and print.  You can fill out the documents and mail them to the office, drop them off to the office or at a weekend Mass, or scan the documents and email them to us.
